In this session, participants will examine the essential skills that comprise executive functioning (EF) and identify their role in the world language classroom. For neurodiverse learners with EF challenges, learning a new language can be a daunting task, and the ways that curricula and classrooms are established may contribute further to difficulties and anxiety. This session aims to provide practical tips and resources for participants to implement with their learners who need additional support in EF.
